**Private meeting rooms may be reserved. Guidelines include:

  1. NLGI has reserved a limited number of small meeting rooms for supplier meetings. These rooms are available on a first come, first served basis and must be secured directly through NLGI, not the hotel. See booking contact information below. 
  2. There is no meeting room rental when securing NLGI’s limited number of small meeting rooms. These meeting rooms are typically small, holding 10 or less people. For companies needing larger meeting space, please contact Tracy Stuckrath below for options. Please note that larger meeting rooms may incur a rental fee (i.e. upgraded hotel suite, etc.). NLGI does not cover costs incurred for meeting room rental, food & beverage or audio visual expenses for any supplier meeting rooms. 
  3. Receptions and other F&B events MAY NOT be held during competing NLGI events.
  4. NLGI will not publish signage for supplier meeting rooms. Companies may request signage directly with the hotel if desired. 
  5. The company reserving private meeting space MUST have at least one full delegate registration.
  6. If any issues arise with private meeting space, it must be resolved between the reserving company and hotel.
