*Please note: Technical Presentations and NLGI Education Courses are held simultaneously. Attendance at both is not possible.
**Private meeting rooms may be reserved. Guidelines include:
Small meeting rooms for private meetings can be booked any duration throughout our meeting. These spaces are typically small, holding 10 or less people. Larger spaces must be approved by NLGI.
Receptions and other F&B events (a.k.a receptions) MAY NOT be held during competing NLGI events.
NLGI will ONLY publish events/receptions that are organized by NLGI.
All charges for private meeting space (including room rental, F&B, etc.) shall be handled by the reserving company (not NLGI).
The company reserving private meeting space MUST have at least one full delegate registration.
If any issues arise with private meeting space, it must be resolved between the reserving company and hotel.
