Golf Event
The Mountain Course, designed by Tom Fazio, will be the backdrop for this year’s golf tournament. The course was designed to blend into the Santa Catalina Mountains’ natural features. Weaving through desert cacti and scenic canyons, the course embodies the character of the Sonoran Desert landscape. The 6,902-yard, par-72 course boasts the most photographed hole west of the Mississippi—#3, a 107-yard par 3 that plays across a plunging ravine to a granite-encased green.
Golf during the NLGI 2021 Annual Meeting will be Tuesday, September 28 with an 8am shotgun start. Breakfast will be provided on-property at the Flying V restaurant starting at 6:45am.
We will award the top three teams of golfers and have individual prizes for hole contests along the course (longest drive, closest to the pin, etc.).
The discounted group rate for golf is $200 per golfer. Our special rate includes 18-hole greens fee, GPS enable golf carts, breakfast before the round and unlimited range practice balls as well as practice putting and chipping greens.
Rental clubs are $60, plus tax and includes one sleeve of balls. This fee can be paid directly with your registration.
By registering to participate in the NLGI Golf Event, the participant agrees to fully indemnify NLGI for any and all damages or loss to personal property, equipment and/or rental property at the NLGI Golf Event, to the extent caused by acts or omissions of participant.
