Meeting Central Display Tables 2025 Annual Meeting
Thank you for your interest in learning more about NLGI’s Meeting Central Display Tables. NLGI brings the lubrications supply chain together, making it the most cost-effective marketing and relationship-building opportunity for your company. The Display Tables are set up in a semi-perimeter around our Meeting Central ballroom at the Annual Meeting. Each table is 6-foot long, and two chairs are provided. These Display Tables do not have to be manned as some companies choose to lay out their literature to attend other meeting functions. We do our best to direct traffic to all tables but do not offer dedicated hours similar to other traditional trade shows with actual Exhibitor Booths.

2025 Meeting Central Display Table Guide
Cancellations received in NLGI’s office through April 30, 2025, will receive a 100% refund minus a $75 processing fee. Beginning May 1, 2025, no refunds will be processed.
Space is limited, so be sure to submit your contract with payment to assure your spot at the 2025 Annual Meeting at the Fort Lauderdale Marriott Harbor Beach Resort & Spa, Florida USA. Spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis and NLGI makes all table-top assignments. Display Table spaces are $700 USD for members and $980 USD for non-members. Payment is due with contract submission. All information (including contract and payment) are due by April 30, 2025, to Denise Roberts at [email protected].
