Strategic Membership Recruitment
In 2024, we successfully onboarded 22 new member companies, with an additional 7 joining in 2025 to date. These new memberships not only expand our network but also enhance the diversity and expertise within our community. Through targeted campaigns and active industry networking, we continue to attract professionals who share our commitment to innovation and excellence.

Sustaining Excellence Through Retention
Our impressive 93% retention rate in 2024—and maintaining above 90% for the past six years—demonstrates the strength and value of the relationships we build. This consistency is a testament to our ongoing commitment to effective communication, member support, and personalized engagement strategies that ensure each member is well-informed and empowered to contribute to our collective success.

Enhancing Member Engagement
We recognize that meaningful engagement is vital to our growth. Between 2023 and 2024, we conducted 20 member company visits across the country and internationally. These visits provided us with invaluable insights and direct feedback from our members and have allowed us to better tailor our services and initiatives to meet the evolving needs of our members, reinforcing our mission to lead and innovate in the grease industry.
