TotalEnergies Certifies HPM Product with Two Enhanced Performance Tags
CERAN HRM 460 has been approved against the NLGI HPM certification. In addition to the HPM core certification, TotalEnergies CERAN HRM 460 also obtained the +HL tag for enhanced level of performance in the high load carrying capacity category as well as the +CR tag for enhanced level of performance in the salt water corrosion resistance category.
CERAN HRM 460 is a new generation NLGI 2 extreme-pressure calcium sulfonate complex grease with 460 base oil viscosity and special anti-static-corrosion protection.
Additionally, Multis Complex SHD 220 has been approved against the NLGI HPM certification. In addition to the HPM core certification, TotalEnergies Multis Complex SHD 220 also obtained the +HL tag for enhanced level of performance in the high load carrying capacity category as well as the +LT tag for enhanced level of performance in the low temperature carrying capacity category. Multis Complex SHD 220 is a high-performance PAO synthetic Lithium Complex grease, over a wide range of temperatures and heavy loads.
The HPM Grease Certification Program ensures that all certified greases meet or exceed the High-Performance Multiuse grease specification requirements in the areas of mechanical stability, oil separation, water resistance, heat tolerance, corrosion resistance and load carry capacity. All licensed HPM brands undergo rigorous qualification testing using independent laboratories to ensure they meet the HPM performance requirements.
“We are very proud that our Calcium Sulfonate Complex grease Ceran HRM 460 passed the NLGI HPM challenging requirements, showing the undeniable recognition, from the profession, of the exceptional quality and performance of our Ceran technology while our Multis Complex SHD 220, high-performance PAO synthetic Lithium Complex grease, premium grease among our Lithium range, proved its performance over a wide range of temperatures and heavy loads “ stated Pierre Belot, Grease Specialist and Business Developer at TotalEnergies Lubrifiants.
